Plant Powered Protein Smoothie



Ingredients:
1 Lb Silken Tofu
1/2 Cup Silk Soy Milk (Optional)
2 Frozen bananas (Mine were semi frozen)
1 Half Avocado
2 cup berries of your choice
Squeeze of lemon 

Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until mixture is smooth. 
Makes for a healthy protein treat!
